You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by plushph or by any regulatory authority. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from plushph or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, you are not permitted to register a new account during the self-exclusion period.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of plushph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform, except where expressly authorised in writing by plushph management.
To access real-money gaming on plushph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on plushph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. plushph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

You must not share your login details with any third party. plushph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify plushph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You warrant that all information provided to plushph during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and complete. plushph reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts.
plushph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
Prohibited Payment Methods: plushph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. plushph reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your plushph account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. plushph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but plushph endeavours to process approved withdrawals within three (3) business days. Withdrawals may be delayed where verification requirements have not been satisfied.
All transactions on plushph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). plushph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
plushph is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related regulations. plushph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.

plushph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
plushph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. plushph reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit. plushph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with plushph informally by contacting our customer support team. plushph will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
plushph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, plushph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
